Store Policy Summary
Our store follows a strict no-refund policy after 24 hours. If you’re unsatisfied, contact your stylist to reschedule your appointment. A 50% refund is available if cancellation occurs within the 3-day window.
Refunds Policy
- A refund will be made if the client cancels latest 48 hours before the time of scheduled appointment
- Cancellation made less than 48 hours to the appointment date will not have a refund on their deposit
- Unsatisfied clients can reschedule.
Appointment Policy
- 30 minutes of grace are given to all clients running late.
- $30 will be charged for every 30 minutes you run late for your appointment
- Client's appointment will be cancelled after 1 hour from the scheduled time
- Client looses their deposit if they do not show up for their appointment
- Clients are free to re-book their appointment but they will have to pay another deposit.
- Veronica provides hair but a client is free to bring their own hair however, only $10 will be deducted from the total price.
