Late Appointment

Booking Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Appointment Time Policy

• Late bookings (night) will have an extra fee Appointments between 6 pm and 7 pm: + $35
Appointments beyond 8pm: + $60

• If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment when at least 48 hours notice is provided. The new appointment must be scheduled within 30 days

• 30 minutes of grace are given to all clients running late. After that, $30 will be charged for every 30 minutes you run late for your appointment

• Emergency / Same day appointment
Booked within 24hrs : + $50
Booked the same day (if availability): + $75

• Cancellations, no-shows or rescheduling done within less than 48 hours notice will result to a forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

• Please plan accordingly when booking your appointment. Braiding is a detailed service, and appointment times vary based on braid size, length, hair density, and the style selected. Small, extra-small, and Bohemian styles may require 10+ hours to complete. Please do not schedule work, travel, or other time-sensitive commitments immediately following your appointment.

• If Veronica's House of Beauty must cancel your appointment and cannot accomodate a suitable rescheduled date, your deposit will be refunded

• Your stylist will not rush the service to accommodate outside scheduling conflicts. Please come prepared to remain for the full duration necessary to complete your selected style properly.

• If you request a change in braid size, length, or style during your appointment in order to finish earlier, the finished result may differ from the service originally booked.

Our store follows a strict no-refund policy. If you’re unsatisfied, contact your stylist to reschedule your appointment. A 50% refund is available if cancellation occurs within the 3-day window.

• A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied towards your remaining balance.

Hair Policy

• Braiding hair is not included unless the selected service specifically states hair is included.

• Clients are responsible for purchasing the required hair unless hair is added to the appointment for an additional fee

• The only time braiding hair is included is only for Bohemian Braids services
